  • Cool and confused, well not really

I have no idea what the title has to do with my blog, but I thought that it sounded cool. I just kind of came to me. Anyways for you all that do not see me or talk to me on a regular basis my life has been crazy. With finishing us highschool, working for the family business, church, and everything else I do, blogging is not much higher than doing dishes on my list of things to do, and to let you in on a little secret, doing dishes isn't even on my list of things to do. I have really been thinking about what I want to do after college. After Dad started the family business, I just really like working with him. Since I am the construction foreman, I get to pick the radio station. I really have come to appreciate K-love and/or REV-FM. So I decided I wanted to get some kind of degree in business. I found a program at Penn State called Agricultural Business. It's a business degree in the the school of agriculterer at Penn State. I am not going to be a farmer, even though I am a vacational hobby farmer, but anyways I am hopefully going to help manage the family business. Anyone want an inground pool? I know someone who is really good at building them. :)   But to get you all up to speed, I love the warm weather and everything has pretty much been falling into place for my future. Can anyone ask for a better job than working for Godly family. I am definitely blessed by God. I have been accepted to Penn State and I finally can see the end of Highschool. I never thought life would pass by so fast. We really need to stop looking to the next moment and start being content in this moment, because once time is gone you can never get it back. Life is short live it hard for God.

  • Could it really be Spring

Happy Spring time to all of you. I hope you all are having a great year this far. With the end of this point in my life, highschool, I am very busy. With my dad's company and finishing school, lets just say that doesn't leave much time for spanish. I really don't mind about not having much time to gety spanish done, although my mom minds. But I still do it so I can graduate this year. Also I have been working about 25 hours a week. I really do like my work, building highend inground pools. Since spring is coming upon us my dad's company is really busy. In the midst of that my family is remodleing our kitchen. I just want to tell everyone I really enjoy demolishing things. I ripped out our stairway in about an hour and a half. It was so much fun. A sledge hammer and me get along just fine. Anyways the reason I know it is spring time is yesterday morning I woke up and we had 6-7 inches of snow on the ground. It was a real suprise since I was up at 1:30 am that morning and there was no snow outside so in 7 hours we got 6 inches of snow. It is just really interesting. Then by 4:00 pm that same day almost all the snow was melted so I took my Kawasaki Ninja (motorcycle) out for a ride. I just got tired of driving my motorcycle back and forth in our long shed (40 feet long), lets just say I spent more time turning around than actually riding. So I was happy to be able to take my motorcycle out for the first time this year. I really like winter time, but I really like summer too. So now I think it is time for summer.

I am looking forward to having my friend back from those British people. Does anyone else suddenly have a craving for tea?

    Ya'll have a good spring.

  • Snow

Could it be that after months of hoping and waiting we, here in Pa, we finally get snow. Not slush, not rain, a real light fluffy snow. Its great. It makes me want to go get my snowgoard and take to the slopes, if you want to call tussey a slope. I did get a chance to go to up north snowboarding so tussey looks kind of small. Anyways right now I am in a hotel lobby in state college. It is 12:06 am, around midnight, and it is white outside. I just got back from snow shoveling for hours. Well actually I didn't shovel. I opperated the 4-wheller. It has a plow on it. Boey that thing can really push snow. Talk about a beautiful sight and no I am not talking about a girl. I am talking about the wind in your face and and the snow just rolls so smooth when your plowing it just right. You all probobly think I am nuts. Well I can be kind of weird sometimes.  Well the last few days I haven't done much school, but the end of highschool is in sight. I took the SAT at state high and that was a load off my brain when I finished that. So right now that is my life in a nutshell. May everyone have a good day. I am going to bed. Goodnight.

  • Happy new Year

I hope you all had a great Christmas. I know I did. My family just stayed and celebrated christmas in Pa this year, we are from Wisconsin. Well I'm not, I am the only one that was born in Pa but I like to think of myself as a cheesehead. People say home is where the heart is. If thats true then my home is not in this world. However I do like going home to Wisconsin. Anyways I hope the rest of you had a great vacation from school. Or if your not in school I hope you had a good vacation from work. You really never have a vacation from work, you really only have a vacation from getting paid, well sometimes. That mainly only aplies to me the rest of you have those great jobs that give you paid vacation. I am not complaining my life is pretty good for a teen, well the government says I am an adult. Boy is that ever a scary thought, me an adult.

Now to the part I wanted to say, HAPPY NEW YEAR. How was your new years eve? Mine was awesome. My family got some pizza, soda, and wings, then my family went to another friends house. We had a great time eating, laughing, and playing Apples to Apples. The weird thing about that game was I was the only guy playing. We started out with one guy and four girls then we went to six girls and still i was the only guy playing, but I can't complain it was really fun. The only bad thing is women have their own sense of humor. Sometimes I got the joke sometimes I didn't and then you just smile and nod your head a little. After that little adventure I went to another friends house for a party I was there about an hour. After that went to a yet another party. When I got there there were like fifteen guys in the front yard yelling and screaming about something. i proceeded to go inside then back outside again. This time alot of young adults and teens went out back to play ultimate frisbee. That was a great game. I have only played ultimate frisbee twice in my life, once at that party and another time with my youthgroup. We were so loud that my frieds that live in a house down the road could hear us yelling and screaming. That game was lots of fun. We played from I think 10pm to 11:45 pm. I was only sore from all the jumping and running for about three days after the party. But needless to say it was a great party. With great friends, good hosts, and lots of people and food it was just a great party. I stayed and talked to friends and people that I had no idea what there names were but most of them seemed to know my name. It was kind of weird, but cool at the same time. I was really disappionted when I had to leave. Besides almost hitting a deer on my way home it was a good drive home. I even made it up my mountain, which is a miracle in the winter time. For all of you that came to my house in October try to envision the mountain with snow and ice on it. It has been so bad this year some days that 4-wheel drive vehicles couldn't even make it up. Anyways new years eve was a good day, because I got to spend it with family and friends. To my friend who is going to be gone for a few months, I hope you have a great time. I am sure you will be missed by all your freinds. Merry Christmas and to all a good night.

  •    Hey to all my friends and people who read this. I am sorry for not posting more often. I have been realy busy this summer, but now that school has started I am hoping that life might slow down. Since this is my seinor year I am praying about where to go to college. I feel like it was just yesterday when I was playing in our yard when I was in like in 3rd grade thinking that this day would never come. When I look at life before me, its kind of crazy that I will be graduating in 8 months and go to college. I hear people say that life flies by. At the moment it seems that life goes by so slow, but as I look back, even though I am only 17, it seems it went by so fast. So that leads to the question, " What am I living for at this moment?". Do I live for the pleasures of the world, or do I live for Christ? Do I live for the Man who lived and died for me? Do I trust God with my future? In everyday life when I am at home or wherever I go do I live and look like a Christian.

I will talk to you as soon as I can.

    Love like Christ loved
